Terms of service
Measures to prevent infections with COVID-19 and for hygiene are integral part of these terms of service, which are accepted by all clients.

Please note that persons -(clients as well as personal)- who are showing signs of a respiratory infection or even have fever may not enter the studio. Please cancel any appointments by phone call if such symptoms devellop or if you have been in contact with an infected person.
§ 1 General
For all legal transactions with the customer, in addition to the general legal provisions, our "General Terms and Conditions" apply exclusively. These can only be changed by written individual agreements. Jelwana Nails & Beauty Seapoint reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. This approval requirement applies in any case, for example, even if we perform our services without reservation in knowledge of the terms and conditions of the customer.
§ 2 Appointment, change of service, cancellation and late arrival
Booked appointments are always binding and will be reserved in person for the customer. For the customer, the time of the duration of the treatment plus pre- and post-work is reserved. If an appointment can not be made, it must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. For appointments that are canceled within 24 hours, 50% of the booked treatment can be charged. For non-canceled appointments, we are entitled to (§ 615 BGB) the agreed treatment with the corresponding price for the loss of earnings charged. A claim for compensation on the part of the customer does not exist.
Should we have to change dates for compelling reasons, we inform the customer immediately. We are not liable for failures that are beyond our control or caused by third parties. In case of late arrival, there is a right to treatment only during the agreed duration of treatment. We are entitled to charge the full treatment time.
In case a client wishes to change the type of treatment at the treatment date, it is only possible to change to a treatment that does not take longer than the one booked. If a shorter treatment is desired, the full price of the treatment booked has to be paid.
§ 3 Prices, offers and terms of payment
The prices are valid according to the valid price list (including VAT). The prices are valid until the appearance of a new price list. Decisive is the valid version at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
Our offers are non-committal and non-binding. Offers and promotions are valid only in the specified period and are valid while stocks last. The agreed prices are due at the end of the treatment. As means of payment are accepted:
ba Euro, debit cards or V-Pay and credit cards Visa and Mastercard. For sales of products or vouchers this applies accordingly. For special orders, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable deposit in advance.
§ 4 Gift vouchers and special offers
Gift Certificates should be redeemed within 12 months and can not be paid in cash. The limitation period for coupons is 3 years. The value of the service is set at the price valid at the time of purchase. Differences to the current price or to additional services are to be paid.
Offers are only valid within the deadline 4 weeks after that and are to be respected during this time or are valid as long as they are in stock. There is no liability in case of loss, theft or destruction of the voucher.
§ 5 Exchange of goods
Promotional goods, individually ordered goods or already used or opened goods are excluded from the exchange.
§ 6 Personal data and privacy
The customer assures all personal data and information relevant for the professional provision of the requested service to Jelwana Nails & Beauty Seapoint. This data is stored on the customer card in written or electronic form. Jelwana Nails & Beauty Seapoint undertakes to use this data only for the purpose of the service to be provided, taking into account the privacy clauses, and not to disclose the data to third parties without the written consent of the customer.

§ 9 Liability
Jelwana Nails & Beauty Seapoint can not accept liability if the customer is harmed by the service, which is based on information provided by the customer and if this proves to be inadequate. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to physical conditions, medical or medical conditions or activities outside the studio. Jelwana Nails & Beauty Seapoint is not responsible for the loss or destruction of personal belongings and possessions of the customer brought into the studio.
§ 10 complaints and complaints
If the customer has a complaint or complaint about the service or the purchased product, it must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days after detection of the reason for the complaint. Jelwana Nails & Beauty Seapoint will provide the customer with an acceptable solution within the next 3 working days to remedy the claim. If a claim is justified, the customer has a right to rectification and Jelwana Nails & Beauty Seapoint will re-perform the claimed work without additional payment or replace the claimed product. For a service provided there is no money back guarantee, only the right to repair
§ 11 Subject to change
Should individual clauses be or become ineffective, this does not affect the effectiveness of the other clauses. Instead of a possibly ineffective clause, one should apply vicariously, which comes closest to the meaning of the original wording:
When new terms and conditions or new offer and price lists appear, all previous ones lose their validity.
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN purchase law.
§ 12 Jurisdiction
For the judicial clarification of disagreements the place of jurisdiction Nuremberg is responsible.
